Medium Density Fiberboard
MDF is engineered building material that can be used for a variety of projects. It’s composed of thin sheets of wood fibers, veneer resin, and wax. These materials are heated and pressed into large sheets, which can then be cut into various shapes. MDF is strong and durable, resistant to warping or twisting, leaves a smooth finish which is perfect for painted cabinets, and it is a more affordable choice than hardwood.
